Our mission is to help venues stand out and drive real revenue through unique experiences. Now we're looking for a Sales & Marketing Executive to hit the streets, build relationships, generate leads, and support our directors in closing big deals.

Your Role: Sales + Marketing = Revenue

This is a hybrid role that combines in-person sales with practical marketing execution.

? Main Objectives:

Generate qualified leads by visiting hotels and hospitality venues in person Secure meetings for our directors (Kayzar or Verou Poli) with: F&B Directors Hotel General Managers Events or Marketing Managers Represent Katteagt.app in a polished, professional, and persuasive manner Coordinate with our internal team to prepare and share: Flyers Presentations Case studies WhatsApp-friendly decks and video content Support our overall marketing strategy with on-the-ground insights Work from the office each morning (9AM-1PM) to plan your route and follow-ups Spend afternoons in client meetings (field-based work) Be resilient to rejection and driven by results

Who We're Looking For

You're an experienced salesperson, ideally in the hospitality or events space You have a valid UAE driving license (own car is a big plus) You're comfortable with B2B in-person selling no cold calls, just real conversations You know how to talk to managers, get past gatekeepers, and close meetings You're organized, energetic, and thick-skinned You understand that sales in Dubai is about trust, face-to-face interaction, and persistence You're willing to take ownership of both sales and lead-generating marketing efforts
