Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet company goals.
Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to consistently exceed targets.
Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, brokers, and stakeholders.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategy.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
1 to 5 years of sales experience, including at least
2 years in a leadership
or
managerial role.
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Demonstrated success in driving sales growth and managing high-performing teams.
