Key Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and grow our sales team
Set and achieve monthly sales targets
Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients
Manage property listings and coordinate viewings
Represent the brand at real estate events and client meetings
Requirements:
Minimum 3-5 years of real estate sales experience in the UAE
Proven track record in luxury property sales
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
RERA certification is a plus
