Key Responsibilities
Drive sales for luxury real estate projects and meet assigned targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients and investors.
Manage client meetings, property tours, and negotiations.
Develop strategies to expand the client base and generate qualified leads.
Collaborate with marketing teams to support project launches and campaigns.
Provide regular sales reports and market insights to management.
Requirements
Minimum 2
+ years of sales experience
in UAE real estate, preferably luxury segment.
Strong negotiation and closing skills with proven track record.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Tamil or Malayalam speaking candidates preferred.
Must be based in Dubai with good knowledge of the local real estate market.
