Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Revenue Growth
Own and drive the
end-to-end sales lifecycle
, from lead generation and qualification to proposal submission, negotiation, and deal closure.
Consistently achieve and exceed assigned
sales targets and revenue goals

Business Development
Identify, develop, and acquire
new business opportunities
within the
Banking and Financial Services domain
, including enterprise and mid-market clients.
Expand the customer base by building long-term, high-value partnerships.
Client Relationship Management
Establish and maintain
consultative relationships
with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
Understand customer pain points and position solutions that deliver measurable business value.
Pipeline & Lead Management
Build, manage, and maintain a
robust sales pipeline
to ensure predictable and sustainable revenue growth.
Track leads, ensure timely follow-ups, and manage internal handovers effectively.
Proposal & Tender Management
Prepare and present
high-quality proposals, RFPs, and tender responses
aligned with client requirements and business objectives.
Collaborate with pre-sales and technical teams to develop compelling value propositions.
Market & Competitive Analysis
Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor offerings to strategically position company solutions.
Provide market intelligence and insights to support sales strategy and leadership decisions.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with
pre-sales, technical, delivery, and support teams
to ensure smooth deal execution and customer satisfaction.
Act as a key liaison between customers and internal stakeholders.
Key Skills & Requirements
Experience:
6-10 years of B2B solution sales experience, preferably within the
BFSI sector
.
Domain Expertise:
Proven success in selling
IT solutions, software products, and payment card solutions
.
Regional Knowledge:
Strong understanding of the
Middle East IT and BFSI market
(mandatory).
Sales Mindset:
Strong
hunter mentality
with a consistent track record of closing deals.
Communication Skills:
Excellent presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Proposal Expertise:
Demonstrated ability to create and present compelling business proposals and value propositions.
Technical Acumen:
Good understanding of IT and software solutions relevant to banking and financial institutions.
Mobility:
Valid
GCC driving license
is mandatory.
