Position Overview

What You'll Do

• Identify and secure new business opportunities within the Middle East market.
• Generate qualified leads and pitch recruitment services to corporate clients, including SMEs and large enterprises.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with HR leaders, decision-makers, and senior stakeholders.
• Negotiate contracts, manage pricing structures, and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Stay informed about market trends and provide insights to enhance client acquisition strategies.

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or a related discipline.
• 2-5 years of proven B2B sales experience in the recruitment or staffing sector, preferably in the Middle East.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and cultural nuances of the region.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to manage high-value partnerships.
• Existing client network within the HR or recruitment industry is a plus.
• Previous experience working with multinational organizations or global staffing firms is preferred.
