Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or related discipline.
• 2-5 years of proven B2B sales experience in recruitment or staffing solutions, with strong exposure to the Middle East market.
• In-depth knowledge of recruitment processes, regional hiring practices, and cultural nuances.
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills with the ability to close high-value deals.
• Existing client network in HR or recruitment sector is an advantage.
