Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer demands.
Identify new markets and customer segments for business expansion.
Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, builders, developers, and government agencies.
Handle key accounts and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.
Prepare and submit competitive quotations and bids based on project specifications.
Negotiate contracts and pricing with customers in line with company policies.
Ensure compliance with contractual terms and delivery timelines.
Work closely with production, logistics, and dispatch teams to ensure timely delivery of concrete.
Forecast demand and coordinate with plant managers for batching and resource allocation.
Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance against targets.
Prepare sales reports for management review.
Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement.
Set individual and team sales targets.
Motivate and guide the team to meet or exceed goals.
Ensure all sales activities comply with industry regulations and safety standards.
Promote environmental, health, and safety awareness in customer interactions.
Verify customer credit limits before order confirmation.
Ensure timely invoicing and submission of delivery notes to the Accounts team.
Follow up on outstanding payments and support the Accounts department in collections.
Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to aid in financial planning.
Coordinate on pricing strategies, discounts, and tax implications.
