Candidate Profile:
Open to all nationalities;
Minimum 4 years of proven B2B sales experience in the industrial/raw materials sector - mandatory experience in anthracite, coal, coke, ferroalloys, or related commodities for steel factories
Strong network with steel mills, foundries, and heavy industries in the GCC, Asian and Africans Countries
Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage
Strong computer skills: advanced MS Excel, reporting, and CRM systems
Strategic thinker with leadership capabilities

Fixed monthly salary: AED 12,000 - 18,000 (based on experience and portfolio)

Key Responsibilities:
Business Development: Expand sales of anthracite and related products across GCC, Asian and Africans steel factories.
Client Portfolio: Develop strong relationships with procurement managers, production heads, and key decision-makers at steel plants.
Market Expansion: Identify new business opportunities in heavy industry, metallurgy, and foundry markets.
Sales Strategy and Planning: Set ambitious monthly/quarterly sales targets, prepare strategic sales forecasts, and ensure profitability.
Commercial Negotiations: Prepare and negotiate commercial offers, contracts, and supply agreements.
Collaboration: Work with production and logistics to ensure timely supply chain execution.
Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor pricing, global commodity trends, and supply chain risks.
Reporting: Maintain updated CRM records, client activity logs, and monthly performance reports.
Compliance: Ensure contracts and materials align with industry standards
