Amazin Automation Solutions is seeking a Sales Manager who will be build and expand our Weighing Automation Solutions and other related Electronic Machines business and will be responsible for supervising and organizing related sales team. You will be in charge of managing organizational sales by developing business plans, meeting planned goals, and coordinating with our marketing department on lead generation. A Master\'s degree in business or a related field is required. In order to succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication skills. Previous experience in similar industry with sales-related role is a must. Responsibilities: Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue and expense controls. Meeting planned sales goals. Coordinating with marketing on lead generation. Promoting the organization and products. Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products Qualifications Post Graduate / Graduate with Sales background With 3-4 years of strong Sales Management experience in Food & Bakery Industry Equipment Sales Strong background and work experience in Sales and CRM Operations Excellent computer skills and proficient in excel, word, outlook Excellent communication skills both verbal and written Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative management style.
