Sales Manager (Team Leader)
specializing in
Off-Plan Properties
to join our high-performance team.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of property consultants focused on Off-Plan real estate projects.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies and training programs.
Drive the team to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Set and monitor individual and team KPIs to ensure consistent performance.
Provide motivation, coaching, and ongoing performance feedback.
Maintain strong relationships with developers and clients to support sales efforts.
Oversee the full sales process from lead generation to deal closure.
Stay updated on the latest market trends and competitor activities.
Requirements:
Proven experience 2- 4 Years in a
Sales Manager or Team Leader
role within the
real estate industry
, preferably in
Off-Plan sales
.
Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and drive performance.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Solid understanding of Dubai's real estate market and Off-Plan projects.
Immediate availability is a strong advantage.
