? Conduct regular market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities.
? Ensure high standards of customer service throughout the sales cycle.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience
in Dubai real estate, specifically in
off-plan sales
.
Strong understanding of the UAE property market and developer portfolios.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
Proven leadership abilities and a proactive sales approach.
Valid UAE driving license is a plus.
