As our Off-Plan Sales Manager, you will:
Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of off-plan sales agents.
Drive sales across all major UAE developers, launches, and new project releases.
Build and strengthen strategic relationships with developers, clients, and channel partners.
Develop and execute sales strategies that deliver measurable growth.
Represent Alruwad at developer launches, events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities.
Oversee the entire sales cycle with the highest level of professionalism and compliance.
Work with our in-house marketing team to enhance lead generation and campaign optimization.
Coach your team through structured goal setting, performance reviews, and ongoing training.
What You Bring
3-4+ years of Dubai real estate experience, including off-plan expertise.
Proven managerial or team-lead experience in real estate.
Strong network with UAE developers and deep market knowledge.
Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
Results-driven, motivational, and able to inspire performance.
RERA certification preferred.
Fluent in English; Arabic speakers strongly preferred.
