Job Summary: Greha Pravesh Real Estate, a prominent real estate company in Dubai, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Secondary Sales Manager to lead a high-performing sales team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the real estate industry, a proven track record of achieving sales targets, and exceptional leadership skills. As the Secondary Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and motivating a team of sales professionals, driving sales growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: 1. Team Leadership:
Train and mentor a team of secondary sales agents.
Set clear sales targets and KPIs for the team and individuals.
Motivate and inspire the sales team to achieve and exceed targets.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
2. Sales Strategy and Planning:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
Analyze market trends and competitors to identify opportunities.
Create and maintain sales plans and forecasts.
Ensure the team is equipped with the necessary tools and resources to succeed.
3. Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects.
Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely manner.
Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction throughout the sales process.
4. Sales Process Management:
Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals.
Monitor and manage the sales pipeline to ensure a steady flow of prospects.
Ensure accurate and timely reporting of sales activities and results.
5. Performance Analysis:
Track and analyze sales metrics to measure individual and team performance.
Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Provide regular reports to senior management on sales performance.
6. Compliance and Legal Matters:
Ensure that all sales activities comply with relevant laws and regulations.
Stay updated on real estate laws and regulations in Dubai.
7. Collaboration:
Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and finance, to support sales efforts.
Work closely with senior management to align sales strategies with company goals.
Qualifications and Skills:
Proven track record of at least 5-7 years in real estate sales, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role.
In-depth knowledge of the Dubai real estate market and regulations.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Goal-oriented and results-driven mindset.
Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office Suite.
Valid real estate broker license in Dubai (RERA certification preferred)
Valid Dubai driving license.
