We are seeking for our renowned Client in UAE a results-driven, sales professional with a proven track record in selling recruitment and staffing solutions. The role is purely revenue-focused, responsible for aggressive business acquisition and development, and consistent achievement of goals.
This position is not delivery-focused--it is for a hunter who thrives on closing deals, building pipelines, and driving growth.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales
Drive new client acquisition for permanent staffing, contract staffing, executive search, RPO, and bulk hiring solutions
Identify, qualify, and close mid to large enterprise accounts
Own the entire sales cycle: lead generation ? pitching ? negotiation ? closure.
Client Engagement
Understand client hiring needs, budgets, and timelines to position the right staffing solutions
Negotiate commercials, contracts, SLAs, and payment terms
Maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
Market & Revenue Growth
Track market trends, competitor activity, and pricing benchmarks
Represent the company at networking events and industry forums.
Key Requirements
Experience
8-10+ years of sales experience in Recruitment / Staffing / Manpower consulting
Proven success in B2B sales with consistent target achievement
Strong experience in GCC & MENA markets preferred.
Skills & Competencies
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
Commercially sharp with strong business acumen.
