- Business Development Executive (Recruitment/Staffing)
Overview
We are looking for a motivated
Business Development Manager
to grow our recruitment and staffing services by acquiring new clients and expanding existing relationships.
Responsibilities
Generate new business opportunities in recruitment and staffing.
Build and manage relationships with HR heads, hiring managers, and business owners.
Pitch services, prepare proposals, and close deals.
Work with the recruitment team to deliver on client requirements.
Track market trends and competitor activity.
Maintain pipeline and provide regular sales reports.
Requirements
2-4 years of experience in business development, preferably in recruitment/staffing.
Strong sales, negotiation, and networking skills.
Knowledge of recruitment processes and UAE/GCC labor market (preferred).
Target-driven, self-motivated, and excellent communicator.
It's a commission-based role and doesnt require candidate to be on-site
