Trixis Real Estate is seeking an experienced and driven
Sales Manager
to lead our sales team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, in-depth knowledge of the Dubai real estate market, and a proven track record in achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets
Develop and implement effective sales strategies
Generate new business opportunities and maintain strong client relationships
Monitor market trends and competitor activities in Dubai real estate
Train, coach, and evaluate sales consultants' performance
Ensure compliance with RERA and company policies
Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management
Requirements:
Minimum
4 years of real estate experience in Dubai
(mandatory)
Proven experience in a sales management or senior sales role
Strong knowledge of Dubai property laws and market trends
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
RERA certification is preferred
