Build expertise in Off-Plan and Secondary sales, client management, and negotiation.
Performance Oversight.
Conduct regular reviews and implement improvement plans.
Manage agent pipelines to optimize conversion and revenue.
Market Knowledge.
Stay updated on Dubai real estate trends, pricing, and developer offers.
Develop sales strategies aligned with market shifts.
Compliance & Professionalism:
Ensure all operations adhere to RERA standards and company ethics.

Candidate
Profile & Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of experience in the Dubai real estate market.
Minimum AED 50 million in verified total sales transaction value.
Proven ability to close deals in both Off-Plan and Secondary markets.
Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
Fluent in English (multi-lingual skills preferred).
