What You'll Do

• Lead daily operations of the real estate sales team and ensure KPIs are met
• Recruit, train, and develop Property Consultants to maximize team performance
• Design and execute effective sales strategies for both residential and commercial markets
• Monitor property market trends, pricing, and competition to adjust approach
• Conduct performance evaluations and coaching sessions to build accountability
• Foster strong relationships with clients, investors, and developers
• Represent the company at property exhibitions and networking events

Ideal Profile

• Minimum 3 years of real estate sales experience in the UAE
• Proven record of managing and mentoring a team of 5+ agents
• Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills
• Valid UAE driver's license and own vehicle
• Goal-oriented mindset and ability to thrive under pressure
