Requirements
Minimum
5 years of Real Estate Sales Manager experience
in Dubai (off-plan & secondary market).
RERA Certified
- mandatory.
Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Strong leadership and team management experience.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Fluency in English
(Arabic or other languages is an advantage).
Key Responsibilities
Lead, train, and motivate a team of real estate agents to achieve sales targets.
Oversee daily sales operations and monitor performance.
Develop and execute effective off-plan and secondary sales strategies.
Build and maintain strong relationships with top developers (Emaar, DAMAC, Sobha, Nakheel, etc.).
Stay updated on new project launches, pricing, and market trends.
Drive lead management, conversion optimization, and client satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with RERA regulations and internal company standards.
