Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of sales consultants ensuring high-performance and achievement of sales targets.

Oversee the full sales cycle of off-plan and secondary property transactions.

Develop and execute strategic sales plans that leverage your personal brand and social media influence.

Generate leads and drive business growth using your digital presence and industry reputation.

Build and maintain relationships with developers, investors and high-net-worth clients.

Train, coach and motivate your team for consistent results.

Collaborate with marketing to amplify brand and listing visibility online.

Ensure compliance with RERA and company standards.

Requirements

6-8 years of UAE real estate experience with a track record of high-volume sales.

Recognized personal brand in real estate and high social media influence in the Dubai market.

Proven leadership and team management skills.

RERA certification required.

UAE driving license and own car preferred.

Own visa preferred; visa sponsorship provided if required.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and client engagement skills.

Immediate joining preferred.
