Job Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our real estate sales operations in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Dubai's real estate market, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. This role involves team management, strategic planning, and client relationship development to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:o Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve targets.o Identify new business opportunities and manage client relationships.o Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adapt sales strategies.o Coordinate with marketing and business development teams to align strategies.o Ensure high standards of customer service and client satisfaction.o Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for senior management.o Represent the company at client meetings, property exhibitions, and networking events.
Preference:
Visa - Travel Visa will be issued for 3 months - This will be paid by the company
Must know English and Hindi
5+ years in Real Estate Sales, 2 years with International Market
