Lead and Manage Sales Team:

- Supervise and support the sales team to ensure they meet performance targets.

- Provide coaching, training, and development to enhance team skills and performance.

- Set clear expectations and establish measurable goals for team members.

- Conduct regular one-on-one meetings and performance reviews.

2.

Sales Strategy and Execution:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve or exceed company revenue and growth targets.

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust strategies accordingly.

- Oversee sales forecasting, budgeting, and reporting to ensure consistent growth.

3.

Client Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, agents, and key stakeholders.

- Assist agents in closing high-value deals and negotiations.

- Promptly resolve client issues and concerns to ensure customer satisfaction.

4.

Recruitment and Team Building:

- Lead the recruitment and onboarding process for new sales agents.

- Foster a positive, high-performance team culture that encourages collaboration and success.

- Organize team-building activities and professional development programs.

5.

Business Development:

- Identify new opportunities for business growth and market expansion.

- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to generate high-quality leads and maximize business development efforts.

- Work with other departments to ensure seamless processes and efficient operations.

6.

Sales Reporting and Analysis:

- Provide regular sales performance reports to senior management.

- Utilize CRM tools to track sales activities and maintain accurate records.

- Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a leadership role within the real estate industry.

- Strong knowledge of real estate markets, trends, and brokerage operations.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to motivate and manage a team of sales agents to meet or exceed targets.

- Experience with CRM software and real estate platforms.

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with excellent time-management skills.

- A valid real estate license (as required by local laws).

- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
