Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven

Sales Executive/Associate - Building Material (Tiles, Marble, Paints, Electrical Lights, Sanitary Installation)

to join our team specializing in building materials. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients in the construction and building industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Business Development:

Identify and target new customers in the building materials sector. Promote and sell the company's range of building materials to contractors, architects, developers, and other stakeholders. Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives.

Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients. Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Negotiation and Contracts:

Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate pricing, and close deals. Ensure proper documentation of sales contracts and agreements.

Reporting and Coordination:

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and performance metrics. Collaborate with the internal team to ensure timely delivery and after-sales support.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience in sales, preferably in building materials Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Knowledge of the local market and industry trends is an advantage

Valid driver's license with vehcile preffered.
