Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership & Performance Management
Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and group sales targets
Set clear performance expectations and KPIs for team members
Conduct regular performance reviews and one-on-one coaching sessions
Provide training and support to improve skills and efficiency

Sales Strategy & Execution
Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with company goals
Monitor market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities
Manage sales forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning to ensure sustainable growth

Client Relationship Management
Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, brokers, and developers
Support team members in negotiating and closing high-value deals
Resolve client issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction and trust

Recruitment & Team Development
Oversee hiring, onboarding, and training of new sales agents
Promote a positive, goal-driven team culture
Organize team-building events and continuous learning opportunities

Business Development
Identify and pursue new business opportunities and emerging markets
Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance lead generation efforts
Work cross-functionally with other departments to streamline processes and client experience

Sales Reporting & Analytics
Track and report sales performance metrics to senior leadership
Maintain accurate data using CRM tools
Analyze reports to identify trends, challenges, and areas for improvement
Qualifications:*
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a leadership role within the real estate industry.
- Strong knowledge of real estate markets, trends, and brokerage operations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and manage a team of sales agents to meet or exceed targets.
- Experience with CRM software and real estate platforms.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with excellent time-management skills.
- A valid real estate license (as required by local laws).
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
