. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, proven expertise in the construction sector, and the ability to build long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, engage, and develop new clients in the construction and building materials industry.
Promote and sell a variety of building materials to contractors, architects, consultants, developers, and other stakeholders.
Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business.
Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, providing high-quality service and support.
Prepare professional sales proposals, lead negotiations, and successfully close deals.
Ensure proper documentation of contracts, agreements, and sales activities.
Reporting & Coordination
Maintain accurate and current records of sales activities, client interactions, and performance metrics.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure on-time delivery and excellent after-sales service.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or related field.
Proven sales experience in the building materials or construction industry is preferred.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
Valid UAE driver's license and access to a personal vehicle are preferred.
