Key Responsibilities:
1. Team Leadership & Performance
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to consistently achieve and exceed targets.
Set clear KPIs, monitor performance, and provide ongoing coaching and feedback.
Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
2. Sales Strategy & Execution
Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with business objectives.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging client needs.
Manage sales forecasting, budgeting, and pipeline development to drive growth.
3. Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with contractors, consultants, developers, and key stakeholders.
Support the team in high-value negotiations and project closures.
Ensure exceptional customer service and client satisfaction through timely communication.
4. Recruitment & Team Development
Recruit, train, and onboard skilled sales professionals.
Promote continuous learning and career development within the team.
Encourage knowledge sharing and adoption of best practices to enhance performance.
5. Business Development
Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within the UAE construction sector.
Collaborate with marketing to enhance lead generation and strengthen brand visibility.
Work closely with operations and logistics teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
6. Sales Reporting & Analytics
Track key performance metrics and provide data-driven insights for management.
Maintain accurate CRM records and prepare regular sales reports.
Recommend strategies to optimize sales performance and drive revenue growth.
Qualifications & Skills:
Proven experience as a Sales Manager or Senior Sales Leader in the building materials or construction industry.
Strong expertise in project sales (tiles, marble, paints, lighting, sanitary ware, etc.).
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Strategic thinker with the ability to drive results and manage multiple priorities.
Proficiency in CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
