Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven

Sales Manager

to lead the sales efforts of our

Air Conditioning (AC) Division

. The ideal candidate will have deep market knowledge and proven success in selling HVAC/AC solutions across the

GCC/Gulf countries

.

You will be responsible for developing sales strategies, driving revenue growth, managing key accounts, and building strong client relationships within the region.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies for the AC Division targeting commercial, residential, and industrial sectors in the GCC market. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leads, and partnerships. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, consultants, contractors, and distributors in the Gulf region. Conduct market research to stay informed about competitors, market trends, and customer needs in GCC countries. Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure. Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to develop proposals, presentations, and technical solutions tailored to client needs. Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by senior management. Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for senior management. Participate in regional trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to promote the company's AC solutions. Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements within the GCC countries.

Mandatory Requirements:

Proven track record of successful HVAC/AC sales experience in the

GCC/Gulf region

. Strong network and understanding of key clients and stakeholders in the Gulf HVAC market. Knowledge of HVAC product lines including VRF, chillers, split units, and related accessories. Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Fluency in English (Arabic language skills are a strong advantage). Willingness to travel within the GCC region. Familiarity with local business culture, regulations, and tendering processes.
