Job Purpose:



To lead and drive sales for the A.C. Controls, Parts, and Components segment within the ACR Division by managing key customer accounts, expanding the client base, and developing strategies that support business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:



Sales & Business Development:



Drive sales of HVAC/R controls, spare parts, and components through dealer network. Identify new business opportunities and potential clients (Resellers, FM companies, MEP companies, OEMs, contractors, etc.) Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets. Conduct market analysis to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer demands. Prepare and deliver product presentations, proposals, and quotations to clients.

Customer Relationship Management:



Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and partners. Ensure excellent customer service by understanding client needs and offering suitable product solutions. Handle customer inquiries, technical clarifications, and resolve issues efficiently.

Team Management:



Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of sales executives and engineers. Monitor team performance and provide guidance for improvement and target achievement.

Operations & Coordination:



Coordinate with the procurement, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure timely product availability and delivery. Collaborate with the marketing department for promotional activities, product launches, and campaigns. Keep accurate records of sales activities, forecasts, and market feedback.

Required Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree. MBA (Sales/Marketing) is a plus.

Experience:



Minimum 15 years of experience in B2B sales in the HVAC/R industry. Proven track record of managing sales in A.C. Controls, spare parts, and components with Traders/Dealers. Strong network of contacts in the UAE/GCC HVAC/R market is preferred.

Key Skills & Competencies:



In-depth knowledge of HVAC/R systems, A.C. controls, and parts. Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a passion for sales. Proficient in MS Office. Ability to travel across the region for client meetings and exhibitions. Fluency in English, Hindi and Malayalam is must.
