Key Responsibilities
1. Team Leadership & Performance
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed business targets.
Establish clear KPIs, monitor team performance, and provide regular coaching and feedback.
Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
2. Sales Strategy & Execution
Develop and execute effective sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
Monitor market dynamics, competitor activities, and emerging client needs.
Manage sales forecasting, budgeting, and pipeline development to ensure consistent growth.
3. Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with contractors, consultants, developers, and other key stakeholders.
Support the sales team in high-value negotiations and project closures.
Ensure customer satisfaction through timely communication and exceptional service delivery.
4. Recruitment & Development
Recruit, train, and onboard skilled sales professionals.
Promote continuous learning and career development within the team.
Encourage knowledge sharing and best practices to enhance team performance.
5. Business Development
Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within the UAE construction sector.
Collaborate with marketing to enhance lead generation and strengthen brand visibility.
Work closely with operations and logistics to ensure efficient project delivery and client satisfaction.
6. Sales Reporting & Analytics
Track key performance indicators and generate data-driven insights for management review.
Maintain accurate CRM records and prepare regular sales reports.
Recommend corrective strategies to improve overall sales performance.
Qualifications & Skills
Proven experience as a
Sales Manager
or
Senior Sales Leader
in the
building materials or construction industry
.
Strong background in
project sales
(tiles, marble, paints, lighting, sanitary ware, etc.).
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Strategic thinker with the ability to drive results and manage multiple priorities.
Proficiency in
CRM systems
and
sales reporting tools
.
Bachelor's degree
in Business Administration, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
