Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a sales team focused on project-based B2B sales
Set clear targets and KPIs, and monitor team performance regularly
Coach and train team members to improve sales effectiveness and product knowledge
Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company goals
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the construction and interior sectors
Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, developers, contractors, and consultants
Support the sales team in negotiating and closing high-value deals
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of project deliveries
Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline updates using CRM tools
Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management
Participate in recruitment, onboarding, and development of new team members
Foster a performance-driven and collaborative team culture
Requirements
Proven experience as a Sales Manager in project-based sales for building materials
Strong understanding of products such as marble, tiles, paints, LED lighting, and sanitaryware
Good network and relationships in the construction and interiors industry
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
Ability to manage teams, develop strategies, and drive consistent sales growth
Experience with CRM systems and basic sales reporting tools
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
