Job Description

We are seeking a results-oriented Sales Manager to lead our project-based sales team in the building materials sector. The ideal candidate will have experience with products such as marble, tiles, paints, LED lighting, and sanitaryware, and will be skilled at selling to professionals in the construction, real estate, and interior design industries

.Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage a sales team focused on project-based B2B sales.

- Set clear targets and key performance indicators (KPIs), and regularly monitor team performance.

- Coach and train team members to enhance sales effectiveness and product knowledge.

- Develop and implement sales strategies that align with company goals.

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the construction and interior sectors.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, developers, contractors, and consultants.

- Support the sales team in negotiating and closing high-value deals.

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure the smooth execution of project deliveries.

- Maintain accurate sales records and update the pipeline using CRM tools.

- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.

- Participate in the recruitment, onboarding, and development of new team members

- Foster a performance-driven and collaborative team culture.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Sales Manager in project-based sales for building materials.

- Strong understanding of products such as marble, tiles, paints, LED lighting, and sanitaryware.

- Established network and relationships within the construction and interior industries.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills

- Ability to manage teams, develop strategies, and drive consistent sales growth.

- Experience with CRM systems and basic sales reporting tools.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
