Salary Range: AED 96,000 - AED144,000 per year
Industries: Real Estate
Years of Experience: At least 5 years in Sales (B2C) or Sales Operations / Support role, ideally within the Real Estate industry.
Education: Minimum Bachelor\'s degree

- Managing organizational sales
- Meeting planned sales goals
- Setting individual sales targets with the sales team
- Tracking sales goals and reporting results
- Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team
- Coordinating with marketing on lead generation
- Providing ongoing training to sales agents
- Developing the sales team through motivation, counseling, and providing project knowledge
- At least 5 years of experience in a Sales (B2C) or Sales Operations / Support role, ideally within the Real Estate industry
- Excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills
- Strong networking & relationship building skills
- Strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
- Creative problem-solving skills
- Willingness to undertake more than 60% travel
- Extensive project/developer information in U.A.E.
