Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the financial planning and budgeting process across UAE-based outlets, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Build and maintain dynamic financial models using key QSR metrics such as ADS, traffic, menu mix, labor productivity, and seasonality.
  • Analyze monthly and quarterly P&L performance, identifying key cost/revenue drivers and providing actionable insights.
  • Evaluate the ROI of pricing strategies, promotions, delivery partnerships, and investment proposals for new stores or refurbishments.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • 3-6+ years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, ideally within the QSR or F&B sector in the UAE.
  • Strong financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting skillsProven track record of achieving sales targets and client acquisition.
