About the Role:

We are looking for a highly driven and experienced

Ad Sales Manager

to lead our outdoor advertising sales efforts across Dubai and the UAE. This role involves managing key client relationships, driving revenue growth, and overseeing strategic sales initiatives across our premium network of digital screens located in hotels, tourist transport, retail spaces, and high-traffic tourist zones.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Leadership & Strategy

Own the sales strategy and revenue targets across direct clients and agencies. Identify and convert high-value prospects across industries like tourism, luxury retail, hospitality, and real estate. Develop sales plans to maximize utilization of available ad inventory.

Client & Agency Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with media agencies and key brand decision-makers. Manage the full sales cycle--from lead generation and proposal creation to negotiation and deal closure. Ensure exceptional client service, campaign execution, and retention.

Team Collaboration & Reporting

Collaborate with marketing, media planning, and operations teams for end-to-end campaign delivery. Provide sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and campaign performance insights to management. Contribute to the creation of innovative media packages and partnerships.

Market Development

Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy. Represent the company at key industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities.

Requirements:

5-8 years of experience in ad sales, with a strong focus on

outdoor media (OOH)

, digital signage, or related media channels in UAE Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding revenue targets. Strong network of media agencies and brand advertisers in Dubai/UAE. Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Proficient in sales CRM tools and proposal creation. Fluent in English; Valid UAE driving license preferred.
