Job Description

The Role
  • Conducting Market research and scouting to obtain market intelligence that should be necessary for understanding the competitors. \xe2\x80\xa2 Develop a sales strategy with existing client database and Broker network to achieve sales goals. \xe2\x80\xa2 Establishing, Building, and developing Relationships with Broker agencies and customers through continuous follow ups to establish repeated purchases and referrals. \xe2\x80\xa2 Presentation of the off-plan projects to customers, managing tasks related to contract negotiation and completion. \xe2\x80\xa2 Effectively managing client enquiries, concerns, and objections. \xe2\x80\xa2 Prospecting New clients in multiple acceptable methods and working hand in hand with Marketing team. \xe2\x80\xa2 Conducting project launches and regular campaign announcements to clients. \xe2\x80\xa2 Conducting Sales with utmost quality in compliance to Policies and processes. \xe2\x80\xa2 Effective Lead management. \xe2\x80\xa2 Promptly updating sales records and customer data in salesforce.
Requirements
  • A bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree holder. \xe2\x80\xa2 A minimum of 4 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience as sales manager in Real Estate Development Company. \xe2\x80\xa2 Maintain a positive attitude focused on customer satisfaction and achieving company objectives. \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to multi-task \xe2\x80\xa2 Agility to problem solving and working effectively under pressure as both part of a team or independently \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong strategic and analytical approach \xe2\x80\xa2 Proficient typing and communications skills both Verbally and in written format. \xe2\x80\xa2 Fluent in English speaking and writing additional language is a plus. \xe2\x80\xa2 Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, (including Excel and Outlook) + CRM tools \xe2\x80\xa2 Proper presentation skills, articulate, and besuited to represent the company
