Stamford real estate brokers are looking for a young & Energetic SALES MANAGER with 6 years real estate experience for our office in Business bay -------------------

• Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfullymanaging the sales team.

• Motivating and inspiring team in positive manner.

• Design & implement a strategic business plan that expands company's customer base & revenue.

• recruiting, coaching and monitoring performance of sales team.

• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships with Landlords & Customers.

• Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.

• Well known about the Ongoing Market conditions & trends happening around.

• prospecting potential clients, analyzing market trends, intermediate negotiation processes ensuring good deals.

• Planning monthly sales targets and executing them in given time frame.

Experience & Qualifications -------------------------------

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or relatedfield.

• Minimum 6 yrs Real Estate experience with a proven track record of success.

• Consistently meeting / Exceeding sales targets.

• Strong business sense and industry expertise.

• Excellent communication and staff management skills.

• Candidate Must be RERA certified.

• Valid UAE driving license & Vehicle.

• Well known & Strong knowledge about Laws, Rera Rules & Regulations.

• Committed to provide continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences
