Job Description

As a Senior Secondary Sales Manager in the real estate industry, your primary responsibility is to oversee and manage the secondary sales process of residential properties. You will lead a team of sales executives and work closely with other departments to ensure the successful execution of sales strategies, meet revenue targets, and maximize profitability. Your role involves building and maintaining relationships with clients, managing a large team, coordinating marketing activities, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities: * Sales Team Management:

\xe2\x97\x8f Manage a growing team of sales managers who focus on specific areas in Dubai and have their own teams.

\xe2\x97\x8f Supervise and lead a team of sales executives, providing guidance, training, and motivation to achieve sales targets.

\xe2\x97\x8f Set performance goals, monitor individual and team performance, and provide regular feedback and coaching.

\xe2\x97\x8f Foster a collaborative and positive work environment, encouraging teamwork and professional growth.

\xe2\x97\x8f Ensure the team aligns with core values and Mission and Vision of the company.

\xe2\x97\x8f Maintain a good working relationship with senior management and Directors * Secondary Sales Process:

\xe2\x97\x8f Develop and implement effective secondary sales strategies to maximize revenue generation and achieve business objectives.

\xe2\x97\x8f Maintain and implement latest industry, DLD and company updates

\xe2\x97\x8f Identify potential buyers, establish contact, and distribute to your team to generate leads and drive sales.

\xe2\x97\x8f Coordinate with the marketing team to create impactful promotional campaigns, advertising materials, and events to attract buyers and investors.

\xe2\x97\x8f Conduct market research to stay updated on the competition, industry trends, and customer preferences, adapting sales strategies accordingly.

\xe2\x97\x8f Ensure timely and accurate completion of all sales-related documentation and contracts.

\xe2\x97\x8f Ensure all in-house services are promoted by the team

\xe2\x97\x8f Maintain and support the sales conveyancing process, supporting the director of that department

\xe2\x97\x8f Maintaining consistent training post initial training
  • Customer Relationship Management:
\xe2\x97\x8f Provide and support team to offer exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining customer satisfaction.

\xe2\x97\x8f Cultivate long-term relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs, preferences, and financial capabilities.

\xe2\x97\x8f Regularly follow up with team to ensure their customers are been looked after, providing updates on projects, addressing concerns, and nurturing leads to successful sales closures.

\xe2\x97\x8f Act as a brand ambassador, representing the company professionally at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities. * Collaboration and Reporting:

\xe2\x97\x8f Collaborate with internal departments, such as finance, legal, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of sales transactions.

\xe2\x97\x8f Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for senior management, highlighting key performance indicators, market insights, and sales projections.

\xe2\x97\x8f Participate in regular sales meetings, sharing insights, best practices, and strategies for improved sales performance.
