Job Description

The Role
  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive and multichannel (direct, Indirect, international) sales strategy to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets, considering market trends, competitive analysis, and business objectives. \xe2\x80\xa2 Team Leadership: Provide strong leadership and guidance to the sales team, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring the team\'s alignment with company goals and values. \xe2\x80\xa2 Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including strategic partnerships, and other initiatives to expand the company\'s client / Brokers base and market presence. \xe2\x80\xa2 Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with key clients, Brokers, investors, and other stakeholders, leveraging networks and industry knowledge to drive sales and negotiate deals. \xe2\x80\xa2 Sales Process Optimization: identifying areas for improvement, implementing best practices, and ensuring efficient execution throughout the sales cycle. \xe2\x80\xa2 Sales Performance Tracking: Establish and monitor sales performance metrics, regularly analysing sales data to measure progress, identify trends, and provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to senior management. \xe2\x80\xa2 Market Research and Analysis: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences, providing insights to inform product development, pricing strategies, and marketing campaigns. \xe2\x80\xa2 Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, finance, and legal, to align sales efforts, resolve issues, and drive successful project outcomes. \xe2\x80\xa2 Budget and Resource Management: Develop and manage the sales department\'s budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve sales targets and maintain profitability. \xe2\x80\xa2 Professional Development: Stay ahead of industry developments, attend conferences, and participate in professional networks to enhance personal and team knowledge, skills, and expertise.
Requirements
  • Bachelor\'s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (Master\'s degree preferred). \xe2\x80\xa2 Proven track record of at least 8-10 years in sales and real estate business development roles. \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong leadership and managerial experience, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing sales team. \xe2\x80\xa2 Demonstrated success in creating impactful sales strategies, generating revenue, product development and business expansion. \xe2\x80\xa2 In-depth knowledge of the real estate market, including market trends, customer behaviour, and competitor analysis. \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders. \xe2\x80\xa2 Demonstrated strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a results-oriented mindset. \xe2\x80\xa2 Established and nurtured an extensive personal network of brokers locally and internationally in key growth markets \xe2\x80\xa2 Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales-related tools. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing market conditions. \xe2\x80\xa2 A self-motivated and proactive approach, with a high level of integrity and professionalism.
