We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven
Sales Manager
to lead sales initiatives and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in luxury beach clubs, high-profile hospitality events, and entertainment venues, with a strong track record of securing large-scale functions, building strategic client relationships, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets for the club.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, agencies, and partners across Qatar and the UAE.
Identify and secure new business opportunities, including entertainment bookings, corporate events, and private functions.
Lead negotiations, prepare contracts, and manage follow-ups to ensure profitability.
Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless event execution and client satisfaction.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to refine sales strategies.
Provide accurate reports, forecasts, and performance insights to management.
Qualifications, Experience & Skills
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
5-6 years of proven sales experience
in luxury beach clubs, entertainment, and hospitality events.
Strong knowledge of the Qatar and UAE lifestyle and entertainment markets.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Arabic or Russian language skills are a plus.
Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
