Job Overview
As Sales Manager at The St. Regis Downtown Dubai, you will drive strategic sales initiatives to attract high-value clients across business and leisure segments. This position is ideal for someone with a proven track record in luxury hotel sales, strong networking skills, and an ability to build lasting client relationships that align with brand values and revenue goals.
Key Responsibilities

• Manage existing accounts while proactively identifying new corporate and leisure clients
• Conduct sales calls, client meetings, and property tours to secure bookings
• Develop and execute account strategies to increase market share and revenue
• Collaborate with Revenue Management and Marketing to create attractive packages
• Participate in trade shows, sales missions, and promotional campaigns
• Negotiate contracts and pricing in line with brand positioning
• Analyze booking patterns and report performance insights to leadership
• Ensure service excellence throughout the client journey

Reporting & MIS

• Maintain accurate CRM records of all sales activities and client interactions
• Generate weekly and monthly sales reports, pipeline updates, and forecasts
• Support the Director of Sales with data-driven recommendations and insights

Governance & Standards

• Uphold Marriott International brand standards and St. Regis service values
• Ensure ethical practices in client handling, contracting, and negotiations
• Follow internal policies related to pricing, commissions, and revenue management

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field
• 2+ years of hotel sales experience, preferably in a luxury or 5-star setting
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills
• Strong market knowledge of Dubai's luxury travel and corporate sectors
• Familiarity with CRM and sales reporting tools (e.g., Opera, Salesforce)
• Fluency in English; Arabic or additional languages a plus
