Middle East & North Africa (MENA), South East Asia, Sub-Saharan Africa, and Europe
. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and appointing distributors, building strong business relationships, and ensuring market expansion while representing the company professionally at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development & Distributor Management:
Identify, recruit, and onboard new distributors in target regions.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
Monitor distributor performance and provide support to ensure sales growth.
Market Expansion & Brand Representation:
Travel frequently within assigned regions to establish and strengthen business relationships.
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings.
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and competitive trends.
Customer Education & Support:
Train and educate distributors and end customers on product benefits and applications.
Provide technical and commercial support to help distributors grow their customer base.
Resolve customer concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Sales Strategy & Reporting:
Prepare and present sales forecasts, market analysis, and performance reports.
Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to align sales strategies.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regional regulations.
Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field. Or proven track record.
Experience:
Minimum 6
years in lubricant sales
, in the
MENA, SEA, Africa, or Europe markets
.
Skills:
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple markets.
Willingness to travel extensively (up to
50%
of the time).
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
Working Conditions:
Based in
JAFZA, Dubai
, with regular travel to assigned regions.
Six-day workweek
(Monday to Saturday, with Alternative Saturday off).
