Position Overview
This role is responsible for developing new markets, expanding ADNOC's lubricants business internationally, and ensuring operational excellence in sales activities. It requires extensive market analysis, strategic planning, and execution of business development initiatives to meet ADNOC Distribution's growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute international sales strategies for lubricants, aligned with corporate objectives.
• Identify and analyze potential new markets and distributors; conduct feasibility studies.
• Achieve sales and margin budgets for assigned territories, ensuring profitability and revenue growth.
• Implement marketing plans and promotional activities to boost brand presence.
• Maintain close relationships with major customers, distributors, and partners to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues promptly.
• Lead initiatives for expanding business into new market segments and countries.
• Oversee credit management processes and ensure timely debt collection.
• Analyze competitive activities and market trends to refine pricing strategies and enhance ADNOC's competitive edge.
• Represent the company at international seminars, exhibitions, and trade shows.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or Engineering; MBA preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in lubricant sales, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Proven track record of initiating and growing lubricant businesses in international markets.
• Strong understanding of lubricant industry workflows, operations processes, and financial management.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
