Job Summary:



We are seeking an experienced and results-driven

Sales Manager

to lead our sales team in the

lubricants industry

. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the lubricants market, excellent leadership skills, and a strong track record in B2B and/or B2C sales. You will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, expanding market presence, managing key accounts, and achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:



Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in industrial, automotive, and commercial lubricant sectors. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and OEMs. Manage, coach, and lead a team of sales representatives and area managers. Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and pricing strategies. Prepare detailed sales reports, forecasts, and market analyses for senior management. Collaborate with the marketing team to design promotional campaigns and product launches. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards. Conduct regular customer visits and attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events.

Qualifications & Experience:



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field (MBA is a plus). 5-10 years of proven sales experience in the

lubricants industry

or related field (e.g., petrochemicals, automotive fluids, industrial oils). Demonstrated success in managing sales teams and achieving aggressive sales targets. Deep knowledge of lubricants applications, product formulations, and customer segments. Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Willingness to travel extensively as required.
