Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to meet company targets in the joinery and custom furniture sector.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities across residential, commercial, and hospitality sectors.
Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, contractors, consultants, and direct clients.
Lead and manage the sales team, providing guidance, support, and performance reviews.
Prepare and present project proposals, quotations, and technical presentations.
Work closely with design and production teams to ensure client requirements are met accurately and on time.
Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.
Attend industry events, exhibitions, and meetings to promote the company's brand and offerings.
Maintain an updated sales pipeline and provide regular reports to senior management.
