Sales & Business Development:
Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets for residential and commercial furniture.
Identify and onboard new clients (homeowners, interior designers, contractors, hotels, etc.).
Present product catalogs, provide expert recommendations, and close deals.
Negotiate pricing, discounts, and payment terms while maintaining profitability.
Customer Relationship Management:
Conduct showroom walkthroughs, virtual demos, and site visits for large projects.
Follow up with leads via calls, emails, and WhatsApp to convert inquiries into sales.
Resolve customer complaints professionally and ensure post-sale satisfaction.
Market & Product Knowledge:
Stay updated on furniture trends, materials, and competitor offerings.
Collaborate with the design team to customize solutions for clients.
