Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage joinery/furniture projects from concept through to completion.
Coordinate with design, production, procurement, and site teams to ensure project alignment and execution.
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring clear communication.
Monitor progress both in the workshop and on-site, ensuring work meets design specifications and industry standards.
Conduct regular site inspections and resolve any technical or operational issues.
Manage project documentation, variations, and handovers.
Ensure health & safety compliance and risk management throughout the project lifecycle.
