Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets in the joinery and carpentry division.
Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, attending industry events, and leveraging existing contacts.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients including contractors, architects, interior designers, and project managers.
Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and technical documents aligned with client requirements.
Collaborate closely with the design, production, and project teams to ensure client needs are met with high-quality execution.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Oversee the sales cycle from lead generation to closing, ensuring timely follow-up and high conversion rates.
Monitor sales KPIs and prepare regular sales reports for senior management.
Provide input on pricing strategies, product development, and marketing initiatives.
