Key Responsibilities

Strategic Sales Leadership:

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve ambitious revenue targets within the HORECA and Facility Management supply segments.

Client Acquisition:

Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities with major hotel chains, contract catering companies, and large facility management corporations.

Key Account Management:

Nurture and expand relationships with existing high-value clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.

Market Analysis:

Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and procurement cycles within the target sectors to refine the sales approach.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with the procurement and logistics teams to ensure product availability and timely, high-quality delivery.

Essential Experience & Qualifications:

Minimum 6 to 8 years

of successful B2B sales experience, with

at least 3 years directly selling supplies, equipment, or consumables

to the Hotel/Hospitality, Catering, or Facility Management industries. Demonstrable track record of exceeding sales quotas and managing a significant sales pipeline. Strong understanding of the

procurement cycles and decision-makers

within large institutional clients (Hotels/Caterers). Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
