Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager specialized in Welding Equipment to join our team. The Sales Manager will be responsible for effectively developing and executing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets within the region.

Job Responsibility:

Develop and implement sales strategies and action plans to effectively penetrate the market and grow sales of welding equipment and accessories. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and customers within the welding equipment industry. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the region, including expanding the customer base and securing new accounts. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new sales opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly. Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing and purchase, to ensure smooth execution of sales plans and customer satisfaction. Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to Head of operations, providing insights and recommendations for business growth. Stay updated on the latest advancements and developments in the welding equipment industry, ensuring a high level of product knowledge and expertise.

Candidate Requirements:

Proven experience as a Sales Manager with key focus on welding equipment and accessories industry. Strong skills with the ability to effectively manage the sales and sales team. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key clients and customers. Highly motivated and results-oriented, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth. Knowledge of the welding equipment market and industry trends and update the head of operations on the market trend. Ability to analyze market data and identify opportunities for business growth. Proficient in Microsoft tools, ERP software and other sales tools. Willingness to travel extensively as and when required within the region to meet with clients and customers.
